We are currently looking for a motivated, outgoing Home Comfort Advisor to join our team! In this position, you will be meeting with people in their homes to inform and educate them about different heating and cooling solutions. If you are self-motivated and enjoy working with people, apply today!

Compensation: 100% Commission with an Earning Potential of $150k- $200k

Hours: Full Time with some weekends and evenings required

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years sales experience required
• Magnetic personality
• Ability to pass background screen
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• In home sales experience
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Good Computer skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Desire to make $100K+ per year income
• Excellent verbal skills
• Professional phone skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Well organized and ability to work independently
